Police
The City contracts with the Faribault County Sheriff Department for its Police Services. The Sheriff Dept. encourages residents to call 507-526-5148 to report public nuisances, violations, theft, vandalism, etc. In case of emergency always dial 911.
Animal Control
To report a non-emergency animal issue, please contact the Faribault County Sheriff's Office at 507-526-5148.
There have been many complaints received about dogs and cats that are allowed to roam the area and leave feces on private property. Please be responsible for your pet. In accordance with City Code, your pet cannot run loose, or habitually bark. Enforcement by the Sheriff's Dept. will be pursued especially In regard to potentially dangerous animals.
All animals within the City of Bricelyn must have a current Rabies vaccination and be licensed with the City. The license can be purchased at the City office for $2.00 and is to be renewed every year.
Ambulance
The City has a volunteer Ambulance and EMT squad that responds to emergency calls in the Bricelyn Area. The Ambulance department works very closely with the City's local Fire Dept. The vehicles are housed in the same building on Main Street. Patrons will be taken to the nearest available hospital.

Fire Department
The City has a volunteer Fire Department that responds to emergency calls in Bricelyn and the surrounding area.
Meetings are held every 2nd Monday of each month at 7pm at the fire hall, with training every 4th Monday of each month.
